Once you review the scanned invoice, it will create an e-invoice file (similar to the 009 file) that will be imported via the Inbound Integrations screen in Enterprise Manager. The system will attempt to match the PO# (the Crunchtime Transaction #), to an existing Vendor Order. If a match is found, the invoice will be used to update that order. If no match is found, it will create a new “push” order when the file is uploaded. 4 A 5 6 6 1 5 4 A Important: Products on an invoice are identified by the Vendor Product Number associated with the product’s primary and alternate Vendor Bids. This process will not create a new bid for a product or allow the Conversion to be edited. If no matching bid is found, the product may be matched in the app. If not, then the e-invoice may not import successfully and may need to be remediated. Note: Products will appear on screen in the order listed on the scanned invoice.

Linking them together with “and” will also likely work better. • Avoid combining different products under a single quantity; each product should have its own. − Scenario: When you say “Two cases of rice and bagels”, the service doesn’t know for sure how many and which package of bagels you are counting. − Suggestion: Instead, say “Two cases of rice, two cases of bagels” (if there are two of each) or “One case of rice, one case of bagels” (if there are only one of each). • When two or more Package Types are similar, be specific when stating them. − Scenario: In a storage that includes both Bagel Bags and Shopping Bags, simply saying "Two bags" makes it harder to match products correctly. − Suggestion: Instead, say “Two shopping bags” or “Two bagel bags”; this will be more precise. • In all instances, when speaking counts: − Use the Crunchtime product descriptions and units of measure shown in the app. − User your headphones/ear buds wherever & whenever feasible.
